Senior Pega Developer
Job Summary
To support a financial services client, the full-time Senior Pega Developer will design, develop, and enhance scalable Pega applications remotely, focusing on implementation, production support, and adherence to best practices in Agile-driven environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Pega development activities, including application configuration, enhancement delivery, and defect resolution
- Design and develop enterprise Pega applications, ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices
- Serve as a Constellation subject matter expert, sharing implementation patterns and troubleshooting techniques with team members
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Pega development, emphasizing implementation and production support
- Deep experience with Pega applications using the Constellation architecture, including at least one production implementation
- 1+ year of recent, hands-on Constellation development experience preferred
- Certified as either a CSSA or LSA
- Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD environments
