Senior People Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To influence strategic decision-making at an enterprise level, the fully remote Senior Manager of People Analytics will lead the People Analytics function within HR, respond to high-level workforce data requests from executive leadership, and develop reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

Required qualifications
- Senior-level People Analytics experience within a large enterprise organization
- Experience supporting organizations with a large employee population (20,000+ employees)
- Strong background in HR/workforce analytics and reporting
- Experience handling complex and high-volume executive data requests
- Comfortable working directly with executive leadership/ELT-level stakeholders
