Senior People Business Partner

Job Summary

Owning the People strategy for the Agency Team, the full-time Senior People Business Partner will serve as the primary advisor for leaders and managers, focusing on talent management, organizational design, and employee relations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the People relationship for the Agency Team, influencing decisions on structure, talent, and performance improvement
• Standardize hiring, onboarding, and coaching practices to enhance the quality of talent decisions across frontline teams
• Advise on organizational design and workforce planning while analyzing workforce metrics to drive outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional HR experience with a focus on strategic business partnership and employee relations
• Experience managing high case volume employee relations issues, particularly with hourly and sales employees
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence leaders while navigating ambiguity
• Working knowledge of FMLA, EEO, ADA, and relevant employment laws
• Strong relationship-building skills with frontline leaders and a commitment to inclusion and diversity
