Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the contract Senior People & Culture Partner will collaborate with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, utilize people data to drive decisions, and coach leaders in performance management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 5+ years as an HR Strategic Business Partner in global, fast-paced environments
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to deliver talent solutions
- Hands-on experience managing global HR projects across different cultures and time zones
- Deep understanding of organizational design, performance, and employee relations
- Proficiency with tools such as Dayforce, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Slack, and MS Office
