Senior People Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing People function, the full-time Senior People Manager will design leveling frameworks, develop management programs, and serve as a trusted HR partner for engineering managers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a company-wide leveling framework to standardize promotions and development across functions
• Develop management training programs to enhance the skills of new managers and ensure effective people management
• Oversee employee relations and compliance with multi-state employment laws, creating frameworks for repeatable outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and implementing HR frameworks and development programs
• Strong background in employee relations and compliance with employment law
• Experience partnering with management teams, particularly in engineering or technical environments
• Ability to create and maintain a consistent compensation philosophy
• Experience in a fast-growing company or startup environment
