Job Summary
As a remote, full-time Senior People Operations Analyst, the successful candidate will be the technical subject matter expert for HR systems, managing administration, configuration, integrations, and reporting while collaborating with various teams to optimize HR technology and deliver actionable workforce insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HRIS enhancements, configurations, and integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Lead the implementation of new HR systems and troubleshoot integration issues with vendors
- Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support the People Team and organizational needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 4 to 6 years of progressive HRIS or People Operations experience, including advanced report writing
- Demonstrated experience with UKG required; UKG Pro and Cognos BI experience strongly preferred
- Project management and cross-functional coordination experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
