Job Summary

Leading the transformation of HR operations, the full-time Senior People Operations Manager will manage the HR technology stack, oversee process improvements across the employee lifecycle, and collaborate with various teams to ensure scalable and compliant operations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations programs, defining scope, milestones, and success measures
• Serve as the primary owner for core People technology platforms, including configuration and upgrades
• Establish data governance standards and design a tiered HR support model to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• Experience managing People Operations programs in a high-growth technology environment
• Proven track record as a functional owner or administrator for HR platforms such as HRIS or ATS
• Ability to document and redesign people processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in adopting new workflows
• Proficiency in applying structured project management practices to multi-stakeholder initiatives
