Senior People Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing People Operations function, the full-time Senior People Operations Manager will own HR technology, lead process transformations across the employee lifecycle, and collaborate with various teams to ensure scalable and compliant operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations programs from inception to execution, defining scope, milestones, and success measures
• Serve as the primary owner for core People technology platforms, managing configuration, upgrades, and feature evaluations
• Design and implement a tiered HR support model with defined ownership and escalation paths

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing People Operations programs in a high-growth technology environment
• Proven track record as a functional owner or administrator for HR platforms such as HRIS, ATS, or LMS
• Experience in documenting and redesigning people processes across the employee lifecycle
• Strong background in compliance programs, including I-9/E-Verify and data privacy requirements
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners in adopting new workflows
