Key responsibilities
- Establish the operating model and strategic priorities for People Operations
- Design and implement a tiered support model for employee lifecycle operations, HR systems, and compliance

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR shared services, or HR operations
- 5+ years of experience leading People teams or global operational functions
