Senior People Operations Manager

Job Summary

Proactively aligning people strategy with business goals, the full-time Senior People Operations Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, overseeing HR functions, employee relations, and organizational design in a remote or Los Angeles-based environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide advisement and coaching to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
• Manage the People Team across HR, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and DEI initiatives
• Drive organizational change management and ensure compliance with evolving labor laws and workplace policies

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience, with direct ownership of employee relations and compensation
• Experience shipping at least one video game (console and PC preferred)
• Demonstrated experience as a strategic advisor in leadership or executive staff meetings
• Experience leading a small, cross-functional team in HR operations and recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
