Job Summary
To build and scale a best-in-class global People Operations function, the full-time Senior People Operations Partner will manage employee lifecycle processes, enhance HR technology and automation, and drive operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leaves, and offboarding processes
- Serve as a functional expert in HR technology, identifying opportunities for automation and self-service
- Lead cross-functional People Operations projects from discovery to launch, ensuring stakeholder alignment
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in People Operations or HR management
- Expertise in HR technology, particularly UKG Ready
- Strong understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority
