Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior People Operations Specialist will optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle, implement automation solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Support and enhance People Operations processes, including onboarding, leave administration, and offboarding
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to boost efficiency and employee experience
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and workflows while leading operational improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field
- Proven experience in improving operational processes and maintaining process documentation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms and automation tools is a plus
