Senior People Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior People Operations Specialist will support and optimize processes across the employee lifecycle, implement process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support and enhance People Operations processes including onboarding, compensation changes, leave administration, and offboarding
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and self-service solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience
- Lead operational improvement initiatives and analyze service trends to drive the adoption of new processes and tools
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of improving operational processes and maintaining process documentation
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms and automation tools is a plus
