Job Summary
Owning people operations and recruiting for a growing, distributed team, the full-time Senior People Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensure compliance across a multi-state workforce, and lead full-cycle recruiting for various departments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process employee changes in the HRIS, manage onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate employee records
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers while managing candidate communication
- Track employment law changes and recommend policy updates to ensure compliance across multiple states
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations, with at least 3 years in full-cycle recruiting
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical candidates, particularly in SaaS or tech environments
- Experience supporting HR operations for a remote, multi-state workforce
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
