Senior People Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the remote Senior People Partner will serve as a strategic partner to managers, owning employee relations and driving people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to leaders, shaping and executing people strategies
• Own employee relations end to end, handling inquiries, investigations, and performance matters
• Coach and advise people managers on performance, team effectiveness, and organizational change

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HR/People Partner in a fast-growing environment
• Bachelor's degree; concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology or SPHR certification is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles and compliance, including leave and accommodation laws
• Resourceful self-starter with strong operational skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity
