Senior People Partner
Job Summary
To support the Technology teams in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior People Partner will manage employee relations, performance cycles, and coaching for managers while influencing team structure and talent decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Technology leaders on team design, structure, and talent decisions
- Coach managers on performance management, conflict navigation, and leadership effectiveness
- Lead talent and performance cycles to drive actionable outcomes and improvements
Required qualifications
- 7+ years as a People Partner for technical teams with expertise in employee relations and performance management
- Strong judgment in complex situations and experience involving Legal as needed
- 2+ years of experience supporting distributed, multi-country teams
- Familiarity with technical career pathing, levels, and compensation models
- Experience building or improving People systems in a scaling company
