Senior People Partner
Job Summary
To support the Revenue and Operations teams, the full-time Senior People Partner will collaborate with leaders to enhance team effectiveness, manage key people programs, and leverage technology to improve processes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to strengthen teams, plan for talent needs, and navigate organizational challenges
- Coach managers on employee development, engagement, and performance management
- Own the delivery of onboarding, performance management, and career development programs while seeking opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including roles as a People Partner or HR Business Partner
- Proven experience in partnering with leaders on business and people priorities
- Strong understanding of connecting recommendations to broader people strategies
- Experience with AI, automation, or technology to enhance work processes
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
