Senior People Partner
Job Summary
To support the Marketing, Product, and Design teams, the full-time remote Senior People Partner will act as a strategic partner, guiding team members through organizational shifts, fostering people-centered growth, and leading through change while ensuring a high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and hands-on partner to team members at all levels, building trust and addressing emerging needs
- Guide growth by collaborating with leadership on hiring plans, succession strategies, and organizational design
- Lead individuals and teams through change, providing tools and support to adapt effectively
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of People (HR) experience, including at least 5 years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner
- Experience in the SaaS space is a plus
- Proven ability to build trust and navigate relationships at all organizational levels
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align People strategies with business goals
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a focus on creative problem-solving
