Job Summary
To support the Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance teams, the remote Senior People Partner will manage trusted relationships, provide strategic thought partnership, and execute hands-on people strategies that align with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary People Partner, connecting organizational goals to clear people plans
- Advise on organizational design, headcount planning, and change management
- Coach managers and employees through complex situations and lead core People cycles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Partner or HR Business Partner roles
- Experience supporting technical teams, with a preference for those in Tech or SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and levels without relying on formal authority
- Comfort with HR systems and leveraging data to inform decisions
