Senior People Partner

Job Summary

Partnering closely with leaders and employees across Marketing, G&A, and Products, the full-time Senior People Partner will connect business priorities to people strategy while providing guidance on organizational design, talent planning, and employee matters in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and team health
• Provide practical recommendations on complex employee matters, balancing business needs and employee experience
• Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, and setting clear expectations

Required qualifications

• Strong experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a technology or fast-paced global environment
• Experience supporting Marketing, Product, G&A, or a combination of corporate and technical functions
• In-depth HR knowledge across employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
• Proven ability to manage competing demands and adapt approaches based on different priorities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and recommend actions
