Job Summary
To enhance employee and manager experiences, the full-time remote Senior People Platform Manager will own and optimize the ATS, HRIS, and various engagement platforms, focusing on automation, integration, and AI enablement while managing vendor relationships and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and administer all People platforms, including configuration, vendor management, and data integrity
- Automate and integrate HR workflows to eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency
- Lead AI adoption across People systems, evaluating tools and scaling successful features
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in HR systems, People technology, or People operations with ownership of an HRIS and ATS
- Proven track record of automating HR workflows and integrating People systems using APIs or middleware
- Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and managing sensitive employee data
- Strong technical fluency in APIs, data models, and user provisioning
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build relationships across teams
