Senior People Relations Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a consultative advisor, the full-time remote Senior People Relations Consultant will assist leaders, physicians, and teammates in navigating complex workplace concerns, applying a coaching mindset to foster proactive solutions and enhance organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a consultative advisor to address people-related concerns and support leaders in early issue resolution
• Utilize a coaching approach to help leaders assess risks, understand root causes, and make informed decisions
• Collaborate with various teams to promote a unified approach to people support and document practices effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related advisory function
• Strong judgment and agility in navigating complex workplace matters
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
• Understanding of the external HR and workplace culture landscape
