Senior People Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Stepping into a fixed-term contract role through January 2028, the fully remote Senior People Solutions Analyst will manage day-to-day configuration and support of core Workday HCM modules while building automations and integrating systems to enhance People Technology processes.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the configuration and integration upkeep of Workday's core HCM modules, including Absence Management and Time Tracking
• Building and maintaining automations using Workato and prototyping workflows that connect Workday with other People Technology systems
• Managing the full lifecycle of security access requests and developing actionable Workday reports for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and integrations, particularly in Absence Management and Time Tracking
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Workato is a plus
• Experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse is advantageous
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to solve business challenges and improve workflows
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
