Job Summary
Owning and scaling the systems that support a growing global workforce, the full-time Senior People Systems Analyst will focus on Workday HCM configuration, lead solution design, and serve as the subject-matter expert for Benefits and Applicant Tracking Systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM, including complex business processes and workflows
- Lead end-to-end solution design, translating business needs into system solutions and assessing impacts across various functions
- Define and execute testing strategies for Workday, Benefits, and connected systems, ensuring data integrity and system health
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday or related enterprise business systems
- Deep knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and the Business Process Framework
- Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, cross-system workflows
- Strong background in Benefits administration and related systems
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes across systems and processes
