Senior People Tech Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with Talent Acquisition and other People teams, the full-time Senior People Tech Analyst will focus on improving technology solutions for the employee lifecycle, implementing automation, and enhancing data access while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify technology needs and design scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Build shared integrations and platform automations to support AI-powered solutions across the People organization
- Steward core People platforms, ensuring reliable and secure operations while evaluating emerging technologies for productivity improvements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience
- Experience managing enterprise People platforms like Workday or Greenhouse, including API integrations
- Knowledge of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition processes and technology
- Experience with AI tools for automation and solution development
- Proven ability to lead technology initiatives from discovery to implementation
