Senior People Technology Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and other People teams, the full-time Senior People Technology Analyst will enhance technology solutions for recruiting and operational processes while automating recurring tasks and supporting AI-enabled initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and address business challenges through technology enhancements
- Develop and implement shared integrations and data services to facilitate AI-powered solutions across the People organization
- Steward core People Platforms, ensuring reliable and secure operations while evolving technology capabilities
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience
- Experience managing enterprise People platforms such as Workday or Greenhouse, including integration design using APIs and middleware
- Knowledge of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition processes and associated technology tools
- Experience with AI tools to automate workflows and build technology solutions
- Proven track record of leading technology initiatives from discovery through implementation and change management
