Job Summary
To enhance the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) application, the full-time Senior PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst will analyze customer needs, develop customizations and interfaces, and provide operational support, with potential for remote work within the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requests and design appropriate solutions within the PeopleSoft environment
- Troubleshoot operational application issues and implement solutions while following change management processes
- Research and collaborate on new technologies to enhance customer business processes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft developer/analyst with direct programming experience
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and experience with PeopleTools, SQR, and SQL
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, XML, and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
