Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant
Job Summary
To support the enhancement and optimization of PeopleSoft HCM solutions, the remote Senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant will lead functional analysis, gather business requirements, and configure various modules including Core HR and Payroll over a 12+ month engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis, design, and implementation activities within PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll
- Gather and document business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders
- Support payroll processing, validation, and year-end activities while resolving production support issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll experience
- Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Benefits Administration, and North American Payroll
- Experience with payroll taxation and regulatory compliance
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
