Senior PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise HR technology and PeopleSoft solutions, the full-time Senior PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and enhance ERP system efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improving ERP system efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements
- Monitor ERP system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications
- Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams
- Expertise in ERP system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance monitoring
- Experience delivering end-user training and preparing detailed reports for management
