Job Summary

To support G.E.H.A's ancillary product portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Program Intelligence & Performance Management Consultant will define and communicate performance metrics, oversee regulatory reporting, and synthesize cross-functional data to provide decision-ready intelligence for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the performance measurement framework for ancillary products, establishing KPIs and benchmarks
  • Serve as the accountable owner for all OPM-required performance reporting and maintain a regulatory reporting calendar
  • Produce decision-ready performance packages and dashboards for management and executive leadership, translating data into strategic narratives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program reporting or health plan analytics, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Power BI or comparable visualization platforms
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leadership on performance matters and influencing decisions through analytical recommendations
