Senior Performance Strategist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end diagnosis of performance shifts, the full-time Senior Performance Strategist will work remotely to translate data findings into actionable recommendations that optimize liquidation, engagement, and client outcomes across a data-driven recovery platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor leading indicators and diagnose performance shifts across clients, portfolios, and channels
• Trace system mechanics to identify technical defects or strategy gaps affecting performance
• Develop clear recommendations based on root-cause insights and collaborate with the Strategy Manager to implement them

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on funnel/lifecycle diagnosis or channel optimization
• Advanced SQL skills and the ability to navigate complex data schemas independently
• Proficiency in reading and tracing logic in Python or configuration files
• Experience using AI tools and self-serve BI tools like Looker or Tableau in analytical workflows
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
