Senior Performance Test Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Performance Test Engineer will gather non-functional requirements, develop and execute performance test scripts, and analyze application performance issues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Acts as an extended scrum team member to conduct system performance testing, ensuring application reliability and scalability
- Designs and executes various performance test scripts based on application requirements, including load and stress testing
- Analyzes performance test results and provides recommendations for improvements, collaborating with the Application Health and Performance team post-deployment
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Five to seven years of professional experience in performance testing and/or software development
- Strong understanding of performance testing requirements and experience with performance test tools like NeoLoad
- Proficiency in Performance Workload Modeling and Capacity Planning
- Experience with web servers, application servers, and database servers
