Senior Pharma Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Pharma Business Analyst will collaborate with Life Sciences clients to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for data management and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Pharma/Life Sciences clients to assess business processes, data requirements, and future needs
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate findings into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Support DATAstream implementations across data integration, commercial data warehousing, and analytics while collaborating with technical teams
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences
- Strong understanding of Pharma commercial business processes and data
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Proficiency in data integration, data warehousing, and data management concepts
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
