Job Summary
To support the development of therapeutic agents, the full-time Senior Pharmacometrician will be responsible for the implementation of model-informed drug development plans, collaborating with Clinical Pharmacology and other quantitative functions while conducting formal pharmacometric analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical Pharmacology to specify MIDD components of the pharmacometric plan
- Formulate and execute coherent modeling and data plans in collaboration with other quantitative disciplines
- Plan, execute, and report formal pharmacometric analyses for clinical study reports and health authority submissions
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree(s) in a relevant field (MS, PhD, PharmD)
- 2+ years of experience in pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, NONMEM, and Python
- General knowledge of the drug development process
- Familiarity with mechanistic modeling is desired
