Senior Pharmacy Data Analyst
Job Summary
To advance the strategic objectives of the Pharmacy Department, the full-time remote Senior Pharmacy Data Analyst will leverage expertise in pharmacy data analytics to develop dashboards, oversee regulatory reporting, and ensure data integrity across systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard for tracking pharmacy performance measures
- Lead regulatory reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy through collaboration with vendor partners
- Serve as the Pharmacy Data Steward, advising on data exchange specifications and maintaining data integrity
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, information management, information systems, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience
- Working knowledge of industry coding standards, including national drug codes and generic product indicators
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel tools
- Experience analyzing pharmacy claims data and familiarity with Medicare Part D data and STAR measures
