Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of Pharmacy strategy, the remote Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager will manage program execution plans, maintain performance visibility, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams while ensuring clear communication and accountability across initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate enterprise and Pharmacy priorities into actionable quarterly execution plans with measurable outcomes
• Coordinate the Pharmacy leadership operating cadence, including performance tracking and standardized reporting routines
• Manage high-priority initiative execution plans, ensuring timely follow-through and operational readiness

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, or healthcare-related functions
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and performance tracking in a matrixed environment
• Proven capability in developing KPI frameworks and recurring reporting routines for leadership decision-making
• Strong program management skills, including milestone tracking and risk management
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level materials
