Senior Pitch Designer

Job Summary

As the design lead for enterprise new business pursuits, the full-time remote Senior Pitch Designer will transform strategy documents and media plans into compelling visual narratives, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure high-quality pitch materials.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing comprehensive pitch decks and visual assets for assigned pursuits, ensuring alignment with content approved by the Growth Lead
• Producing motion and video elements for pitches, including sizzle reels and animated presentations, to enhance storytelling
• Managing workload against the enterprise pursuit pipeline, effectively communicating deadlines and resource needs

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of design experience, particularly in presentation or pitch design within a performance marketing or creative agency
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful pitch materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma, along with video editing skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to interpret strategy and analytics inputs effectively
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines, including flexibility during active pitch windows
