Senior PKI Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Authority (CA) operations, the full-time Senior PKI Administrator will manage certificate services, provide guidance on PKI lifecycle management, and drive automation improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support internal and external customers with certificate-related issues across the agency's applications and services
- Supervise the PKI team and provide strategic advice on complex certificate issues
- Create reports and documentation using AI and automation tools to enhance PKI operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computers, IT, or a security-related field, or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of relevant PKI/certificate management experience
- Strong knowledge of REST API integration and Microsoft AD auto-enrollment
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Venafi/CyberArk tools
- Experience troubleshooting digital certificate issues and a strong understanding of PKI operations
