Senior Plan Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Plan Manager, the candidate will serve as the primary contact for complex retirement plan sponsors, managing client relationships, resolving service issues, and collaborating across teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex client service issues and provide effective resolutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors, participants, and third-party administrators
• Identify opportunities to retain business and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex client relationships
• Strong understanding of retirement plan administration and recordkeeping operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
