Job Summary

Managing relationships with complex sponsored retirement plans, the full-time Senior Plan Manager will serve as a trusted partner to plan sponsors and key stakeholders, driving client satisfaction and operational excellence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored retirement plans, addressing complex client relationships
• Resolve service and communication issues through collaboration with plan sponsors and internal teams
• Participate in relationship management activities to enhance client satisfaction and support plan retention

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Five or more years of experience in the financial services industry
• Strong customer service experience with relationship management skills
• Experience managing sensitive and at-risk client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer service issues
