Senior Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support the growing Enterprise/B2B business, the full-time salaried Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst will focus on strategic demand planning, cross-functional partnerships, and automation of forecasting processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary forecasting and planning owner for the Enterprise channel, translating pipeline signals into demand forecasts
• Own the higher-level forecasting methodology and improve forecast accuracy through scenario planning and risk-flagging
• Build and maintain data tools and automate reporting workflows to enhance analysis efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in demand planning, merchandising planning, or forecasting, preferably in a formal planner role
• Experience with B2B/non-DTC planning, particularly in account-based or pipeline-driven forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for building dashboards and reports
• Strong SQL/BigQuery skills for data modeling and query optimization
• Experience with automation of planning processes and familiarity with AI tools for analysis and forecasting
