Senior Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Leading project-level cost and schedule management for complex projects, the full-time Senior Planning Analyst will prepare forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and support client communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage project-level cost or schedule management
• Prepare forecasts, variance analysis, and risk assessments
• Serve as a key contributor in client meetings and mentor junior staff

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments
• Expertise in cost and schedule management software
• Industry experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, or related technical fields
