Job Summary
To support strategic decision-making, the full-time remote Senior Planning Analyst will conduct advanced analyses, synthesize data, and develop actionable insights to facilitate key stakeholder decisions in healthcare planning.
Key responsibilities
- Perform advanced analyses and craft recommended strategies to support strategic and business planning processes
- Lead and assist in system-wide strategic planning activities, including service line growth and facility planning
- Prepare and present findings in graphic and written formats to stakeholders and executive audiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, business, finance, or a science-related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive quantitative analytic experience in healthcare, strategic planning, finance, or service line operations
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and business intelligence tools strongly preferred
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Certification preferred
