Job Summary
Seeking a remote Senior Lead Platform Activation Architect, this full-time position will translate Lumen Validated Designs into engaging customer experiences through interactive demos, workshops, and compelling narratives, while collaborating across teams to shape activation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Translate Lumen Validated Designs into customer-centric activation experiences, including narratives, demos, and workshops
- Build and deliver compelling customer stories that emphasize business outcomes and real-world use cases
- Design and present interactive demos that clearly illustrate the Lumen Platform's capabilities and solutions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical or commercial roles, with a focus on solution activation or technical marketing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proven ability to present to customers and facilitate impactful conversations connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Strong technical fluency with complex platforms and architectures, translating them into customer-relevant messaging
- Experience in building and delivering demos, workshops, and customer engagement programs at scale
