Senior Platform Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with business and technology teams, the full-time Senior Platform Analyst will design, implement, and optimize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms, focusing on improving operational efficiency and user experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop user stories, product backlogs, and solution designs by gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Lead stakeholder interviews and business process reviews to identify requirements and recommend platform solutions
- Maintain product backlogs and support Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards
Required qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business platforms required
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management processes required
- Proficiency with SQL queries and data analysis techniques required
