Senior Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the infrastructure and tooling for mission-critical healthcare applications, the full-time remote Senior Platform Engineer will guide engineering teams through the software delivery lifecycle while managing cloud environments in AWS and GCP.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide engineering teams through the full software delivery lifecycle, from design and build to testing, deployment, and production operations
- Own and evolve the infrastructure as code (IaC) strategy using Terraform, ensuring secure and reproducible environments across AWS and GCP
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads while architecting network infrastructure across AWS and GCP
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or senior software engineering roles
- 3+ years operating large-scale production systems in AWS, GCP, or both
- Strong Terraform proficiency for managing multi-cloud infrastructure as code
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters end-to-end, including service meshes and API gateways
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP infrastructure, ideally including EKS/GKE and VPC networking
