Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the reliability and performance of critical systems, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will design and maintain cloud infrastructure, manage CI/CD pipelines, and build observability tools in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, managing environments across development, staging, and production
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, frequent deployments, including automated testing and rollbacks
• Build and operate observability across the stack, defining SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets that align reliability work with product priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years in Site Reliability, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles, ideally within healthcare or another regulated industry
• Deep hands-on experience operating production systems on a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in building CI/CD pipelines and release automation, with experience in observability and monitoring tooling
