Senior Platform Engineer
Job Summary
To strengthen the shared marketing and communication platforms that support acquisition, enrollment, and customer engagement, the remote Senior Platform Engineer - MarTech will manage the configuration and improvement of tools like Braze and Hightouch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign launches and communication workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the configuration and continuous improvement of Braze, Hightouch, and related MarTech platforms
- Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, Acquisition, Product, and Data teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Standardize reusable architecture and templates for Braze, improving delivery processes from request to deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field
- 3+ years of experience in MarTech engineering or platform integrations
- Experience building multi-step customer journeys in journey orchestration platforms like Braze
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of customer data models and synchronization
- Full-stack development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs is preferred
