Job Summary
Driving platform engineering and developer experience, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will build shared engineering capabilities and create reliable solutions to enhance software development processes, focusing on CI/CD, automation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a practical platform roadmap encompassing CI/CD, release automation, and developer tooling
- Develop internal tools and standardized workflows that simplify engineering tasks and enhance developer experience
- Implement automated validation and quality gates to improve software quality and delivery reliability
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or related software engineering disciplines
- Strong hands-on engineering skills with experience in building and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Demonstrated experience developing internal tools and reusable automation adopted by engineering teams
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, release automation, and production operations within a SaaS environment
- Ability to identify engineering challenges and drive technical initiatives across multiple teams
