Senior Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Owning platform domains and driving their evolution, the full-time Senior Platform Engineer will design and implement cloud architectures, lead incident responses, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve platform domains such as CI/CD and Kubernetes
- Lead production incident response for critical platform incidents and drive post-incident reviews
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce operational toil for engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or cloud operations
- Expert-level knowledge of Terraform, including module authoring and state management
- Production expertise in Kubernetes, including cluster lifecycle and security policies
- Strong multi-cloud experience, preferably with AWS and Azure
- Proficiency in Python or Go for automation and tooling development
